Amid backlash from fans over her saying she resembles actress Megan Fox, “Love Is Blind” star Chelsea Blackwell seems to have some regrets.

After connecting with Jimmy Presnell in the pods, the 31-year-old flight attendant told him she’s often told she looks like the “Transformers” actress.

“It’s just because I have dark hair and blue eyes,” she says. “But I don’t see it, so don’t get excited.”

Jimmy, who couldn’t see her (as the show’s premise suggests), responded incredibly excitedly: “Can we get married?”

Her comments put the internet into a frenzy. Many fans felt Chelsea misrepresented herself and called her celeb lookalike a bit of a stretch.

“Just recalled Chelsea said she looked like Megan Fox and I bet that was Jimmy’s deciding factor,” one user on X wrote. “I mean Chelsea isn’t bad looking but Megan Fox,” they said, finishing the thought with a GIF of a baby giving major side-eye.

Another added, “Every time they come on the screen I cackle bc she really told that man that. She didn’t have to say that.”

In a Feb. 18 Instagram post, Chelsea reacted to the criticism with a video of herself dancing to “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin captioned, “Go on a show for love > get your butt dragged through the trenches.”

The following day, she shared a message on Tik Tok saying, “This would be a great time for the people who have ever told me that I resembled her to come forward please,” Chelsea says in the video while laughing, “I’m begging you.”

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the reality star insists she didn’t mean to mislead Jimmy with the comments.

“I do feel bad. Everyone’s like ‘You catfished him!’ Man, I didn’t mean to,” she said. “I do regret having that conversation with him. Why’d we have to do that?”

“Love Is Blind” season 6 is now streaming on Netflix.
