“Love Is Blind’s” Laura Dadisman is opening up about how she’s been coping since her on-screen breakup with Jeramey Lutinski.

The Netflix star took to her Instagram story to share details about how watching the messy breakup play out in front of the world has affected her mental health.

“It was a long time ago. It was almost filmed a year ago, but it was my real life and my real life drama, and yeah, it’s not easy, for sure,” Laura said.

While answering fans’ questions in the series of videos, she responded to a user who asked, “How are you?”

“It changes daily. Most days I’m good, but this whole experience has been insanity and some days I’m not good,” she shared. “I would say most days recently I’m not good. So, I appreciate you asking, but, you know, your girl’s gonna be just fine!”

The drama all started when Jeramey’s initial connection in the pods, Sarah Ann, sent him a DM after he proposed to Laura saying, “If you’re not sure about your choice, I would appreciate meeting up with you.”

Laura caught Jeramey hanging out with Sarah Ann until 5:00 a.m. the next morning after a night at a karaoke bar and things went south. When Jeramey got home, Laura intensely interrogated him about the late-night rendezvous, and that was the beginning of the end.

In the latest episodes, Laura, Jeramey, and Sarah Ann all come face-to-face with the reality of their love triangle at the cast meet up.

Later at the event, Jeramey speaks with Sarah Ann. They both essentially agree they did nothing wrong and ride off into the sunset together on jet skis.

As for whether fans can expect Laura to show up to the series’ reunion special, she seems to be on the fence. “Idk! Do you think I should?”

Another fan asked how she was able to track where Jeramey was that night and she replied, “I went to sleep early that night so I randomly woke up at 5 a.m.”

Laura also admitted this isn’t her first time experiencing this kind of situation. “I’ve been lied to many a time, so I’m no newbie.”

“Love Is Blind” is currently streaming and the finale episode will drop March 13 on Netflix.
